Vijay Srinivasan

As Chief Growth Officer, Vijay Srinivasan sets the enterprise-wide growth agenda for Hitachi Digital Services. He leads the Technology Solutions Office and orchestrates “One Hitachi” go-to-market initiatives that bring together the best of our industrial heritage and digital innovation to deliver transformative outcomes, open new markets, and accelerate revenue.

With nearly three decades of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, and large-scale deal structuring, Vijay has held senior leadership roles at IBM, Cognizant, Mindtree (now LTIMindtree), and most recently Randstad Digital, where he served on the Executive Leadership Team as Global Head of Solutions, Offerings & Analyst Relations. His ability to align technology vision with business imperatives has helped clients secure multi-million-dollar transformation deals and unlock sustainable growth.

A recognized thought leader, Vijay is passionate about mentoring the next generation of talent, fostering innovation, and driving operational excellence. He is also committed to community impact, actively supporting lake-conservation projects and student-outreach programs that advance sustainability and education.

Vijay holds a master’s degree in computer science. Having lived and worked in Australia, the United States, and China, he now calls Bengaluru, India, home.
