With over 20 years at Hitachi, Morita-san took on several key roles, starting in the Information & Control Division of the Information & Telecommunication Systems. In earlier roles, Morita-san served as Corporate Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for Hitachi's Industry Business Division, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's long-term strategies. He was also the Chief Lumada Officer and Chief Strategy Officer within the Industry & Distribution Business Unit, focusing on the digital transformation of Hitachi's industrial operations.
Throughout his career, Morita-san has been instrumental in driving Hitachi’s strategic vision, particularly in the digital and industrial sectors. His expertise in industrial manufacturing solutions, strategy development, and digital transformation has positioned him as a key figure within Hitachi's global operations.
Morita-san holds a degree from the Faculty of Engineering at Oita University.
