Blue Label Distribution, part of Blue Label Telecoms, is South Africa’s largest distributor of prepaid e-tokens of value, with over 150,000 distribution points of representation nationally. Its high-speed, high-volume operation drives the distribution of customer-centric digital solutions across the country. However, its legacy ERP system was slowing the business down and limiting strategic visibility.
Lack of automation, integration and control hampered Finance’s ability to strategically support operations. The company saw an opportunity to enhance compliance, streamline inventory and debtor management, improve reporting accuracy, and accelerate month-end close processes.
